I specialize in hypermobility
I specialize in working with clients who have hypermobility and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS). After my own experience discovering Pilates as a pain-free way to move, I’ve built a teaching approach that prioritizes stability, control, and long-term joint health—not pushing flexibility for flexibility’s sake. Sessions focus on building strength in end ranges, improving proprioception, and creating sustainable movement patterns that support daily life. Every client is met where they are, with thoughtful progressions, clear education, and a deep respect for the nervous system so movement feels supportive, not overwhelming.
My Approach
Educational
With over a decade of teaching experience, my work is grounded in continual learning. Each session draws from that depth of knowledge, helping you feel better while gaining a clearer understanding of how your body moves and functions.
Encouraging
"Life is hard enough as it is. Movement shouldn't add to that. My sessions are built around making you feel supported and seen — because that matters just as much as getting stronger."
Intentional
For me, being intentional means not only focusing on form, but also thoughtfully structuring each session so the exercises work together in a way that is both safe and highly effective. Every session is tailored to where you are that day.
