Training & Mentorship
My mentorship program is designed for Pilates instructors who want thoughtful, individualized support—whether you’ve just completed your certification and are looking for more guidance, or you’re a seasoned teacher wanting to deepen specific areas of your practice. I’ve been mentoring instructors for over six years, helping them build confidence, clarity, and longevity in their teaching.
Each mentorship is fully tailored to the individual, allowing us to focus on what will be most impactful for you. Areas of study may include cueing and communication, creative and intelligent class sequencing, anatomy and biomechanics, hands-on cueing, working with injuries and hypermobility, and refining your teaching presence. We also address real-world topics like building and retaining clientele, navigating studio environments, and creating a sustainable teaching career.
Because every instructor’s background, goals, and learning pace are different, mentorship length and structure vary. This flexible approach ensures you receive the support you need without rushing the process, so you can grow into a confident, skilled, and intentional teacher.
Mentorship:
I co-created and co-run the 200-hour Reformer Teacher Training program at L.A. Springs Pilates in Echo Park alongside Elle Erdman. This comprehensive training is designed for those looking to deepen their personal practice as well as those pursuing a career as a Pilates instructor.
The program offers a strong foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, intelligent sequencing, and clear, effective cueing, while also addressing the practical realities of teaching including client communication, working with special populations, and building a sustainable career in the Pilates industry. The curriculum blends theory with hands-on experience, observation, and practice teaching to ensure graduates feel confident stepping into the studio.
We are proud to say that every graduate who has wanted to teach after completing the program has been hired at multiple studios throughout Los Angeles.
